- All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after the Company sends written confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- A minimum advance payment (as communicated at the time of booking) may be required to hold the reservation.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate travel details including pickup location, destination, date, and passenger count.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of driver allowance, toll charges, and state taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices do not include hotel accommodation for the driver on overnight trips (driver accommodation is arranged and paid by the Company unless specifically discussed).
- Parking fees at tourist sites, monuments, hotels, or airports are payable by the customer.
- Remaining payment is collected at the end of the trip or as agreed upon booking.
- Any extra kilometres beyond the quoted package will be charged at the agreed per-km rate.

Cancellations must be communicated via call or WhatsApp to +91-9829807075. Cancellation dates are counted from the day we receive your notice.
In rare circumstances (driver unavailability, vehicle breakdown, acts of God, road closures), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. In such cases, we will offer:
- A full refund of any advance paid, OR
- An alternative vehicle/driver of equal or better standard at the same price.
- We reserve the right to assign a different vehicle model of equivalent category than initially agreed, if necessary.
- Our drivers are trained to be courteous and professional. Any inappropriate behaviour should be reported immediately.
- The driver has the authority to refuse travel in conditions they deem unsafe (extreme weather, blocked roads, passenger behaviour).
- Drivers are not permitted to drive beyond their duty hours as per motor transport regulations.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.
- Passengers must comply with all local regulations, including hill-station permits where required.
Car With Driver North India will not be liable for:
- Delays or changes caused by traffic, weather, road closures, government orders, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss or theft of passenger belongings.
- Injury or loss arising from the passenger's failure to follow safety instructions.
Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific trip in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
